Robert’s Press was created in memory of Robert J Van Moorsel the brother of our founder Christine Dernederlanden. In 1986 when Christine was 14 years of age her bother Robert fell to his death over the Niagara Falls Gorge. He was only 19 years of age. Robert made the fatal mistake of hopping the rail to the Gorge to relieve himself. Six month after his death Christine had a cancer scare in her legs that led her to explore not only her grief, but her own immortality. Christine's mission since this date is to ensure that no child will grieve alone.
