Where We Are
Our focus is on Canada, and we work closely with authors and publishers to reach Canadians with their own stories. We select all our books, wherever written, to reflect the interests and circumstances of the grieving and bereaved.
What We Are We are Canada's only Grief Resource Centre. The mission of Robert's Press for over a decade has been to Help People Through Life's Challenges. We offer hundreds of grief resources, H.U.G.S. Helping Understand Grief Training, Empowerment Workshops, articles and much more. Through all we do we offer hope, support and empower individuals to move forward through life's challenges.

Christine Dernederlanden C.T.S.S. is an award winning Author, presenter, facilitator, trainer and much more. Christine realizes this journey began when she was fourteen and her only brother Robert fell to his death over the Niagara Falls Gorge and six months later she was suspected of having bone cancer. She founded Robert's Press in 2000. The success of Robert’s Press has noted her as one of Niagara’s most successful business women, a 2001 finalist for Woman of The Year and Entrepreneur of The Year. For the article "Putting All My Problems In Perspective" Christine was awarded the 2001 Standard Literary Prize. Her dedication to her community has awarded her the 2017 Distinguished Alumni of the Year Award. Christine continues to inspiring others from her own personal reflection on her experiences. Christine's main goal is to help others through life's challenges. Christine truely believes , it is not what happens to you that creates who you are, it is how you handle it. We all experience trauma, pain and grief, but we all don't embrace it and move forward.
